This week’s program is all about song titles depicting comings and goings. The Dixie Cups’ ‘Going To The Chapel’ will give us a bright start followed by evergreen Dean Martin’s huge ballad, sung partly in English and partly in Italian, ‘Return To Me’. Dexy’s Midnight Runners’ popular hit ‘Come On Eileen’ is featured together with Canned Heat’s number 1 hit ‘Going Up The Country’.

Sweet sounding trio The Fleetwoods perform their biggest hit ‘Come Softly To Me’ and the Everly brothers conclude the show with their first No 1 hit ‘Bye Bye Love’. Australian groups are prominent too with Little River Band’s ballad ‘I’m Coming Home’, Kevin Johnson’s sad lament ‘Bonnie Please Don’t Go’ and finally Daddy Cool’s second big hit ‘Come Back Again’.
