In 2004 Rolling Stone magazine released a special edition featuring the ‘500 Greatest Songs Of All Time’. In 2010 they updated the list and surprisingly, the top 25 songs stayed the same. In our program this week we feature a selection of those songs. Singers include The Bee Gees, Joan Baez, Joni Mitchell and more. John Lennon‘s prophetic ‘Imagine’ came in at Number 3 while the No 1 song was Bob Dylan‘s soaring ‘Like A Rolling Stone’. We also feature four Australian covers by Renee Geyer, Johnny O’Keefe, Ray Brown And The Whispers and The Loved Ones.
