Many songs use the theme of Remembering or Reminiscing and Forgetting. Little River Band‘s classy ‘Reminiscing’ is an iconic song about this theme. In the late 60s Mary Hopkin landed a huge hit with the singalong ‘Those Were The Days’. The Kalin Twins (Forget Me Not) and Bobby Rydell (Forget Him) pop up with two more of their hits. The Aussie-English highlight is country yodeller Frank Ifield with his smash hit ‘I Remember You’.
