Our contribution to Australia Day celebrations is to play some great Aussie music this week. Songs include the wonderful ‘Sweet Sweet Love’ from Russell Morris; Skyhooks (Ego Is Not A Dirty Word); Billy Thorpe (Twilight Time); Normie Rowe (It’s Not Easy) and Australia’s king of rock an roll, Johnny O’Keefe (Don’t You Know). Strong female artists include Marcia Hines (Something’s Missing) Lana Cantrell (Can’t Take My Eyes Off You) and great stylist Alison McCallum (Superman). And of course it had to include the iconic ‘Down Under’ by Men At Work.
