This week’s program is designed to inject some much needed HEAT into our listener’s cold Melbourne winter.  There is a great array of bright, toe tapping songs in this program. Innovative tracks from Buffy Sainte-Marie (He’s A Keeper Of The Fire) to popular jazz vocalist of the 40s and 50s Kay Starr (I’ve Got My Love To Keep Me Warm). Other highlights include Jose Feliciano‘s knockout version of the Doors’ classic ‘Light My Fire’. Donna Summer (Heat Wave) and Billy Joel (We Didn’t Start The Fire) are also featured. The Aussie highlight is Melbourne’s own handsome rocker Merv Benton (I Got Burned).
