The JOY of summer is here, that wonderful time of year when we enjoy holidays at the beach, lazing by a pool or getting away to exotic destinations. Apart from our Christmas show on 22nd December we will be focusing on “summer” themes (until the end of February) that include summer activities, getaways and travel. This week the playlist encompasses songs that have “summer” in the title ranging from hits like Nat King Cole‘s ‘Lazy Hazy Crazy Days of Summer’ and Sherbet‘s ‘Summer Love’ to lesser known songs by the Bay City Rollers and Diana Trask.
