This week we have a guest. Prudence is a presenter on another community radio station and a golfing friend of Mossy’s. She is also an avid listener to ‘Yesterday Once More’. Among Prudence’s ‘bucket list’ is a desire to travel to Antarctica. Unfortunately due to the pandemic she hasn’t been able to go so we are bringing ‘Antarctica’ to her. Instead of our regular theme we start with the Vangelis’ track ‘Antarctica’ and later a rather weird song from John Cale – ‘Antarctica Starts Here’. Continuing the theme of cold, ice and snow are Grateful Dead‘s ‘Cold Rain And Snow’ and Aussie band’s Mondo Rock with the Ross Wilson classic ‘Cool World’. Olivia Newton-John contributes with a nice ballad ‘Angels In The Snow’ while the program ends with another Aussie, Liv Maesson and her hit ‘Snowbird’.
