This week we mourn the passing of the ‘Queen Of Rock N Roll’, Tina Turner aged 83, in Switzerland. Our trip around the world starts right here with Peter Allen’s patriotic I Still Call Austraiia Home followed by a flight to Egypt with The Bangle’s Walk Like An Egyptian. Next is Toto’s popular Africa and Harry Belafonte’s homage to Jamaica in Jamaica Farewell. An interesting song is the Burt Bacharach penned Mexican Divorce performed by The Drifters. Both Eddie Fisher (Around The World) and Ricky Nelson (Travellin’ Man) undertake world trips. The program ends with Roger Miller’s bouncy tribute to England with England Swings.
