Yesterday Once More

27 Mar 2024

Films and Songs

50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, Music, Nostalgia, Songs

In this week’s program Rob is joined by guest presenter, Pam, a regular and enthusiastic listener to ‘Yesterday Once More’. We chose two of our favourite topics ‘Films’ and ‘Songs’ . A bright start is Frankie Valli’s performance of the title song from the 1978 film Grease. This is followed by fifties group The Four Aces rendition of the title song of the film Love Is A Many Splendored Thing starring Jennifer Jones. Local flavour is provided by John Farnham with his performance of Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head from the very popular Western Buth Cassidy And The Sundance Kid.
