Things that are worn on people’s feet or anything that covers the feet are collectively referred to as footwear and this week we are going to explore FOOTWEAR through a variety of songs. The playlist includes KC, Eartha Kitt and Cliff Richard referring to dancing shoes. Adam Ant sings about a virtuous Goody Two Shoes and Paul Simon’s words relate to gem encrusted soles. Nancy Sinatra and the Diamonds are booting it while Elvis is not wanting any one to step on his Blue Suede Shoes.
