Yesterday Once More

8 Jun 2025

Indulgence 1

50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, Music, Nostalgia, Songs

With Mossy away, Rob is joined by longtime presenter and news reader, Joe. In this program, Rob and Joe present some of their favourite songs and songs which mean something to them. Both reference memories of parents: Joe with The Platters Twilight Time and Rob with Sarah Vaughan’s Broken Hearted Melody. Two Aussie selections are Johnny O’Keefe’s classic Shout Parts 1&2 and Joe’s recollection of seeing Renee Geyer: It’s A Man’s Man’s World. The program concludes with Rob’s selection of the sweet To Know Him Is To Love Him by The Teddy Bears and Joe with the popular Hall & Oates song Rich Girl.
