Crooners were especially popular from the late 1920’s until the early 1950’s.
This week’s show CROONERS presents a selection of silky voiced singers who tended to sing in a more intimate manner.
While the term ‘crooners’ was mainly attributed to males we have included a few female singers who can easily be acknowledged in the same category.
