The Hues Corporation’s  lyrics refer to not rocking the boat of love, Gerry and The Pacemakers love crossing the Mersey river and Chris De Burgh is making a plea of love via ship to shore communication.  Styx and Enya are wanting to sail away while in Boat Drinks Jimmy Buffett is wanting to get away to anywhere.
