We’re into catchy classy, catchy pop tonight and we have some great examples from Fedde Le Grand, Mika, Bastille (see above, bit scary eh?), Gravitonas, Tight Fit, Kristine W and a remake/remix of a classic Bob Marley pop tack.

In case you were wondering, the new Nick Jonas album, Last Year was Complicated, is pretty good, Fifth Harmony’s 7/27 is quite good, and Beverley Knight’s Soulsville retro covers is a classy look back in time (she is also reprising her starring role in The Bodyguard musical on the London stage, for those going over soon … and her Whitney performance is amazing!).

My Song Of The Week is “For The First Time” from Gravitonas. They are a Swedish duo featuring the flamboyant Alexander Bard, and the gorgeous Andreas Ohm. Formed in 2009 from the ashes of BWO and Army Of Lovers, they have continued to produce catchy, classy euro pop, and the current single is no exception.
