Bi+ people have consistently reported higher rates of mental health challenges compared to both straight and gay/lesbian people, but what are the reasons behind that?
In this episode, the Big Bi+ Questions team was joined by relationship counsellor and mental health social worker Anthony Lekkas to unpack this important topic.
During the episode, Anthony mentioned a website listing therapists and health practitioners in Victoria, Australia, who have expertise, training, and/or lived experience in various marginalised social groups. You can find the website here: www.vicinclusivepractitioners.com
