BROAD’s Sonja Hammer chats to film maker Ruth Borgobello about her debut feature film The Space Between, which is going to be screening,it’s premiere at this years Lavazza Italian Film Festival held here in Melbourne. It’s first screening on Friday the 16th of September.
Ruth shares her stories about the making of this pioneering film, what it is like to be a woman director in Italy, how important food in the film is and the 8 year journey to get The Space Between made into the beautiful ‘the Italian spirit of la dolce vita – a stylistically and emotionally beautiful film appealing to the romantic in all of us.’
