Peter Yealands is a groundbreaking farmer, agri-entrepreneur and the man who held the first green lip mussel licence in New Zealand. He purchased some land, farmed deer and now grows some of the finest wines in the Marlborough Region. Peter has an incredible story to tell.
Also with an incredible story is Yotam Ottolenghi. Revered for his simplicity and his ability to transform simple ingredients, Yotam has developed an incredible reputation. Yotam spends much of his time creating and testing recipes for his column in the Guardian, on-going cookery books and programmes for television. When he is not creating and cooking, testing, tasting and tweaking, he is overseeing the day-to-day running of the shops and restaurant in London.
