Andrea Quanchi started her nursing training at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne in 1979 before becoming a midwife and later, a maternal & child health nurse. She offers a wealth of experience in development, feeding, settling and sleeping for babies and older children.

My Midwives Melbourne also host small and personalised LGBTIQ+ Birth Classes help parents-to-be prepare for labour, birth and life with a newborn. They are presented by Jess Permezel, a queer parent and experienced childbirth educator. These classes are for all queer identified families and we aim to provide an inclusive, safe space for all who attend.
