What's it like being a young person in statutory care? What even is statutory care? FOSTER care to listen is a progressive and co-designed series that centers around the journeys and lived experiences of four young people in the NSW Out-of-Home-Care system.
Through THEIR voices - we aim to lift the veil on processes at the coal face and behind the scenes by unpacking how our hosts have traversed this space throughout their lives. We discuss highlights, hardships, misconceptions, and dip our toes into the taboo. Stop by to hear what it's like growing up 'under the parental responsibility and care of the Minister'.
