Welcome to Game On JOY 94.9’s Home of Sport every Wednesday from 6-7pm where you’ll hear where you can get your game on! This show is all about showcasing where sport is safe, inclusive, welcoming and fun for the Rainbow community!

We speak with Luke Tuite Vice-President Sydney Outfielders about the fantastic sport of softball which has been reinstated for LA 2028! Sydney Outfielders is an LGBTQIA+ slow-pitch softball league with twelve teams that welcomes players of all different ages, genders, orientations, and skill levels! Join in the fun and get involved with Drag Bingo, the Mardi Gras Parade, Fair Day and check out their awesome That’s SO Pride 25 album! All the big hits. We talk surf life saving with Dr Jake Little, Chair Lifesavers With Pride about the dedication to creating a welcoming, progressive, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive surf life saving culture. Jake was at Darwin Pride which was a celebration of 40 years of progress, love, resilience and glitter and as well as marching and celebrating, he was working with three of the local surf clubs to make our beaches more inclusive. This year Brunswick Lacrosse has partnered with Pride Cup and Movember for their Pride Round on Saturday June 21 and 22 at Fleming Park, Brunswick East. Head along and make sure to say hi to our guests Arabella Rowlands-Copley, Member Brunswick Lacrosse and Kristen Stone Hutchison, Development Officer Lacrosse Victoria who share their love of lacrosse and the initiatives underway that make lacrosse a sport for all.
