Turns out it is just something made up to explain seasonal depression, and it affects a large part of the population, but what does depression have to do with the seasons?
Dr Ben Bullock; a lecturer and researcher at Swinburne University with interests in clinical psychology, mood disorders, sleep and circadian rhythms joins Rach and Dean to help them figure out how to handle the down side of the season and lift yourself out of the dark clouds.
