Wake up and roll into your Thursday with Joel & Mama Mish, along with sassy Liam for JOY Breakfast – a funny, cheeky, and delightfully unpredictable morning show that mixes news, nostalgia, and nonsense with a lot of laughs.

The show kicked off with chat about the world’s most obscure jobs. The duo also welcomed rising artist Haze Harrington ahead of their performance at the iconic ChillOut Festival in Daylesford, chatting about new music, festival energy and what performing for the LGBTQ+ community means to them. Listeners were then treated to a hopeful “Meanwhile…” good news segment highlighting global stories of innovation, inclusion and progress. Jennifer Watch was back, featuring stories about Jennifer Garner opening up about the challenges of breastfeeding while filming Dallas Buyers Club, and Jennifer Hudson announcing a new tour alongside Josh Groban. The morning also featured an important and reassuring conversation with Joe Ball, discussing the role of the Victorian LGBTIQA+ Commission, community safety, and how Victorians can support one another during challenging times.
