There are so many things we can do to improve our mental health, meditation, yoga, getting outdoors, spending time with friends….and…..knitting!
In fact, the benefits can be so profound, that Olympic Diver Tom Daley spent much of his time at Paris 2024, knitting a jumper, citing the mental health benefits it brings to him.
So, is knitting something that we should think about taking up and if we already have the skills, is it time to finish that scarf or jumper you’ve been working on for years?
