Dementia Australia’s Memory Lane Cafe at The Victorian Pride Centre

Dementia Australia is celebrating one year of the country’s first Memory Lane Café for members of the LGBTI+ community living with dementia, their families and carers.  The cafe is located here at the Victorian Pride Centre.
