Having a pet is one of life’s great joys. They are our constant companions, giving us love, support, and a reason to smile. However, as our pets age or become ill, caring for them can take a significant emotional, physical, and even financial toll. This stress is often referred to as caregiver burden, and research indicates it is a significant issue for many pet owners.
