Rachael Lance: Outdoors and Earth Hour

We all know spending time outdoors is good for us – physically, mentally, and emotionally. However, according to new research, nearly 40% of Australians spend less than an hour outside daily, with work being the most significant reason.

WWF-Australia is tackling this head-on with Challenge 60, encouraging Aussies to get active ahead of Earth Hour on 22 March 2025.

Guest: Rachael Lance, Head of Support Mobilisation at WWF-Australia

Presenter: Warren Andrew
