Bread is one of those things we grab without thinking too much at the supermarket – but there are so many options: wholemeal, wholegrain, white, sourdough, multigrain… it is a bit overwhelming. And food marketing does not make it easier, with labels like ‘grainy’ and ‘with added grains’ making some bread sound healthier than they are.
