Using Jet Lag to predict Olympic Medal Counts

Jetlag – we’ve all experienced after a longhaul flight – and we often hear of different strategies to overcome it.

It can affect anyone who quickly travels across several time zones – is ok if you’re on holidays and have got plenty of time to overcome it, but what if you need to perform at a Board meeting or you’re an athlete arriving in Paris for the Olympics – you can’t afford to let jetlag inhibit your performance!

Dr Stephen Jasper also known as “The Jet Lag Guy” has studied jet lag extensively, and is able to predict the impact it will have on our medal tally at the Paris Olympics.
