Back pain… even just hearing the words makes you want to wince. It is one of the most common reasons Australians see a Doctor. And when it strikes, most of us will try anything to get relief—drugs, devices, therapies and treatments. But what works, especially if you are trying to avoid medication or surgery?
Well, the largest review of the evidence has just been released, summarising results from 31 studies and over 97,000 people and it busts a few myths along the way.
