Slovenia has been in Eurovision only since 1993 in its own right, but as part of Yugoslavia, Slovenia has sent several Eurovision entries since 1966. They’re much more experienced at this Eurovision game than you might think.
Ranging from their literally colourful debut in 1993 to the first ever drag entry to Eurovision (and Eurovision’s first ever direct ode to coming out of the closet) in 2002 to Maja Keuc‘s impressive showing in Düsseldorf in 2011:
