Eurovision History Chat: Russia
When Russia joined the Eurovision club, some thought that it was the triumph of the west over the east. Some thought it was a sign that perhaps it was the beginning of a new era of peace. Some just wanted to hear what they would come up with.
1994 was that year where Youdipph gave a subtle but striking entrance for Russia.
And yet did Nobody Hurt No One? (That song did with both AJ & Hikki.) Were they going Solo? And has Russia been more adept and cynical at Eurovision than perhaps any other country?
