Before they landed in Australia, Michael got on the phone with out-and-proud singer Tom Hugo of Norwegian pop group KEiiNO.
You’d know KEiiNO from Eurovision, where they came sixth in the 2019 contest and won the televote with Spirit in the Sky.
The guys had a chat about how Tom met with Fred Buljo and Alexandra Rotan to make KEiiNO come about and the importance of creating messages of positivity for all people. They also discussed making covers compared to new music, including their brand new single Dancing in the Smoke.
Plus, Tom shares what the trio has been doing since Eurovision and why they’re coming to Australia.
Plus find out more about their new album, collaborating with indigenous artists, including our very own Electric Fields.
