In this weeks Episode, Yiannis and Johnno have been inspired by Tiffany Haddish’s Black Mitzvah special, where she said, “we need somebody to hold us sometimes, love on us, communicate with us.” Yiannis and Jonno focus on how, as a single person, we can get somebody to hold us, and came up with the concept of a “hug buddy”. A person who is there just to hug you when you need to be held. They discuss the science around hugging and why it’s important, the rules needed for a hug buddy, and Yiannis asks someone live on air to be his hug buddy. Listen in to see how it goes.
