After the first hour of assorted new and older tracks, Katie is delighted to welcome Melbourne dream-folk duo Charm of Finches to the JOY studio for the second hour. Mabel (aged 17) and Ivy (15) released their beautiful debut album, Staring at the Starry Ceiling, a year ago to great acclaim, and have been juggling performing with school ever since. They chat to Katie about their upcoming gig to celebrate the first anniversary of the album’s release, share some of their music influences, and perform a gorgeous new song live in the studio.
