A Freemasons rework of a British pop-rock single from Rubylux originally released earlier in the year kicks us off this week.
Spanish producer DJ Sammy enlists the vocal talents of the American team who co-wrote the platinum-selling single “Eenie Meenie” for Justin Bieber. Shut Up and Kiss Me should make up for that dubious honour for The Jackie Boyz.
You may remember “Push Up”, which hit #2 on the ARIA charts back in 2004. UK breakbeat group Freestylers are back with an eclectic mix of grime-influenced dance on their new album, but their lead single, You and What Army, is very pretty vocal house.
The Killers have a greatest hits album around the corner, so we have the obligatory new single for that package this week.
The pop girls are out in force this week with (the other) Cher, Miley, Britney and our very own Jessica all in the mix.
After six years out of the recording studio, Canadian superstar Celine Dion is back with the title track from her new album, Love Me Back to Life, and it’s co-written by our very own Sia.
Special mention for comeback king Daryl Braithwaite, who has been re-signed to Sony and has produced a remarkably contemporary adult-pop track.
