Here’s a stack of new music you’ll be hearing weekdays on JOY.

Kicking us off is Sydney duo Midnight Pool Party with their latest disco triumph, this time produced by Adelaide’s Luke Million.

Independent local fave Ben Hazlewood is back with another heartfelt power ballad, helped out by his 2012 The Voice co-contestant Mali Koa Hood.

Out-and-proud Melbourne-based producer James Fraser, aka Stereolove, returns to our airwaves with a stunning remake of the classic Fleetwood Mac hit of 1979, ‘Sara’.

The Freemasons have tweaked ‘True Love Survivor’ from their 2014 Shakedown 3 album, with the single release due 18 April.

UK artist Florrie has been on our watch list for quite a while as an independent. Her latest single, with support from major label Sony Music UK, is a pop sensation we couldn’t resist.

German eurodance trio Cascada have reworked a song they wrote together prior to Cascada officially forming back in 2004. Reason is classic Cascada.

The ‘Call Me Maybe’ sensation of 2012, Carly Rae Jepsen, is back with a kicker. I Really Like You has chalked up more than 10 million views in 10 days and is destined to be another worldwide smash hit.

The UK’s Jess Glynne has clocked up three major hits with Clean Bandit. Her second solo single, ‘Hold My Hand’, should get her the direct attention she deserves.

The first single for Jason Derulo from his forthcoming sixth studio album, ‘Want to Want Me’, returns him to a more pop-oriented sound – and we’re liking it.

Conrad Sewell is currently based in the USA, but he’s a Brissy boy who’s coming home to support Ed Sheeran’s Australian tour. We think you’ll enjoy Hold Me Up.

Florida-based reggae singer Lunchmoney Lewis has taken the pop world by storm with Bills. We couldn’t resist this fun little ditty.

Britain’s Paloma Faith returns to our airwaves with another masterpiece penned by Diane Warren in Leave While I’m Not Leaving.

Out-and-proud Puerto Rican singer, actor, and author Ricky Martin has teamed up with Pitbull for his latest, and we think Mr. Put it Down is actually pretty darn good.

Aussie singer-songwriter-dancer Tim Omaji has dropped his Timomatic moniker, and ‘Something About You’ is a heartfelt mid-tempo pop-ballad that is sure to please all the romantics.

The Aussie twins originally from Ivanhoe here in suburban Melbourne, Mim and Liv Nervo, are fast becoming one of our most successful musical exports ever. As producers, singers, songwriters and DJs, their latest single, ‘It’s Time’, shows they don’t need any help and can do it all on their own.

Set your alarm and tune into Rochén and Michael on the six at six for the newest songs to the mix, every weekday at 6am Melbourne time.
