Our new music this week kicks off with a remix from Canadian producer A-Trak. His work on Disclosure’s recent top 40 hit with Lorde is a beauty.
At the last minute, due to fan demand after their live performance on the final of the UK’s X Factor, the third single for One Direction from Born in the A.M. has been switched from ‘Infinity’ to ‘History’.
‘Take Me Home’, the fourth single from Jess Glynne’s debut album, failed to make a mark anywhere in the world, so radio gets another go, with a Tiësto remix of to give it a little more oomph.
Aussie expats Tonight Alive bring us the first official single from their third studio album, due out in March.
Swedish 17-year-old singer Zara Larsson already has a massive hit on her hands with ‘Never Forget You’ (with MNEK). Her first solo release in Australia topped the charts in her homeland back in June and is officially the most played song on Swedish radio for 2015.
Out-and-proud US singer-songwriter Adam Lambert will be hoping the third single and title track from his third studio album fares better than the second single. Given Adam will be touring Australia in late January, we expect ‘The Original High’ will catch similar attention to the chart-smashing ‘Ghost Town’ .
