Mary Kiani first came to our attention with a top 10 hit, Real Love, back in ’93 in the UK as part of the band The Time Frequency. Mary’s 2006 song ‘Never Ever’, from her Sydney Sessions album, is still considered a JOY anthem. The Scottish-born, Sydney-based singer returns to our airwaves with a ready-made Mardi Gras theme song in ‘Family‘.
Melbourne independent singer-songwriter Mel Jade has produced a great new pop track, ‘Slow Motion’.
South African-born, Perth-raised 20-year-old out-and-proud singer-songwriter Troye Sivan makes his debut on weekday JOY with Wild.
Perth-based singer-songwriter Reigan has released a very pretty mid-tempo pop song, ‘Feels Like Heaven’, that we think you will enjoy.
A brand-new artist from the US launches in Australia first. Bielfield’s debut single, ‘Frequency’, is bouncy pop fun.
Robin Schulz has followed up his smash hit ‘Headlights’ with Sugar, a great new rework of Baby Bash’s 2003 hit ‘Suga Suga’.
UK trance trio Above & Beyond fire off the latest single, Fly to New York, from their fourth studio album. The song is co-written as well as sung by Zoë Johnston.
And finally, how could we go past a new remix from Cahill productions of a song from a JOY favourite, Will Young, called ‘Joy’? Well, we couldn’t, of course!
