Melbourne-based independent musician Jason Singh is back with the third instalment of his project to write one song every eight weeks. ‘If It’s a Dream’ is probably the strongest yet and it kicks off our new music this week.

JD Arnold and DJ Mark D (Mark De Lange) are two out-and-proud DJ-producers who run the Houston-based Eagle bar. The guys teamed up a few years ago to create Dirty Disco and have now joined forces with JOY fave Inaya Day. ‘Stranded’ hit the top 5 of the US Billboard dance charts just a few weeks ago.

Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Hook has three albums under his belt but hasn’t yet made an impact outside of his homeland. ‘Sound of Your Heart’ is the first single from his forthcoming fourth studio album, and he’s hoping for that international break with this one.

The English-Canadian girl group All Saints, originally formed in 1993, are back! More than 10 years after their last release, ‘One Strike’ is an emotive mid-tempo ballad written by band member Shaznay Lewis.

Aussie singer-songwriter Samantha Jade has released ‘Always’, the second single from her album Nine, to coincide with her eight-week stint on the Seven Network’s Home and Away.

Bonnie Anderson hasn’t been able to back up her 2014 smash hit ‘Blackout’ so far, but her latest single, ‘The Ones I Love’, is the strongest contender yet and we think it will push Bonnie back into the top 10.

American Idol‘s inaugural winner, Kelly Clarkson, returned recently for the final season and blew the world away with her performance of ‘Piece by Piece’.  It’s now the official third single from her album of the same name.

LA-based Australian singer-songwriter Vassy has been featuring in lots of international dance tracks recently, including the David Guetta & Showtek smash hit ‘Bad’. Melbourne boutique dance label Vicious Recordings has picked up her latest collaboration, ‘In the Sun’, for a local release.

And we had a bit of an OH-EM-GEE moment as we listened to the second single from the reformed, re-invigorated Irish siblings The Corrs. We’ve got ‘I do What I Like’ for your listening pleasure!

Set your alarm and tune into Rochén, Adam or Michael on the six at six for the newest songs to the mix, every weekday at 6am Melbourne time.
