Catching up on the last few weeks since the Easter and Anzac day long weekends made short weeks all round, we’ve stacked up a swag of fantastic new music for your airwaves.

Swedish stalwarts Röyksopp and Robyn, who have successfully worked together in the past, have collaborated once again on a mini album, and the first single is a thumper.

Michael Jackson graces our airwaves thanks to a song written by Paul Anka and a vocal recorded in 1983.

The UK X Factor winner in 2010, Matt Cardle, has teamed up with former Spice Girl Mel C and, after hitting #14 on the chart in the UK last October, Possum Records is giving this one a local push.

Cher Lloyd is in with her most mature offering to date; Ricky Martin sings the official World Cup song for 2014; and Jennifer Lopez is back with the second single from her forthcoming eighth studio album. Duck Sauce have released the album Quack with hits “Barbra Streisand”, “Radio Stereo” and their latest, “NRG”, as well as five more.

As well as Ricky Martin for gay content, we’ve also picked up old faves Alcazar, with their third-place song from this year’s Swedish Melodifestivalen.

Late 1990s US hit-maker Anastacia has a new album in the wings and we’ve got her first single for you to preview, well ahead of any Aussie release news.

Five extremely talented Aussies in the mix, with Kylie Minogue (remixed by Moto Blanco), Casey Barnes, Justice Crew, 5 Seconds of Summer and, believe it or not, new music from late-1980s sensations The Chantoozies, with a cover of the 1979 hit by Canadian band Promises.

Set your alarm and tune into Rochén and Michael on the six at six for the newest songs to the mix, every weekday at 6am Melbourne time.
