Kicking off a new year of new music we really weren’t going to go past Madge now, were we? With seven tracks from the new album (originally slated for release in March) leaked to the internet, all of them have now been made available for online purchase and the lead single has been sent to radio. Initial reaction from the fans has been overwhelmingly positive; elsewhere the reaction is muted. Let’s give the old girl a shot, we say.
Born in Ghana, Kwabena Adjepong was raised by foster parents in Bermondsey, South London. He’s 24 years old and just starting out, but Kwabs’ debut single, Walk, has been hugely popular in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Romania as well as topping the iTunes music charts.
