State Parliamentarian Clem Newton-Brown is heading the Law Reform Commission’s review of laws regarding ‘Sexting’ and he joins us to discuss why the review is being undertaken. Comedian Joel Creasey talks to us about the homophobia he received recently in Colac. Last year Adam Bandt, Greens MP for the Federal seat of Melbourne, successfully put forward a motion that all members of Parliament ask their constituents what they thought of ‘gay marriage’. Well, yesterday was ‘report time’ and Adam joins us to discuss the outcomes.
