Recently Lord Mayor Robert Doyle announced Melbourne as a “Fast-Track” city, aiming to achieve “Zero new HIV infections” by 2030…..but what happened to 2020?
It’s fair to say that if the political will and sector leadership continues with the status quo, “Zero New HIV Infections” by the year 2020 is laughable.
