Even though Out Takes has only been on-air since early December, the first show of the new year seemed like the perfect time to look back at the year that was in film.
What followed was a fun and divisive discussion on our favourite films for 2015 as well as those that didn’t live up to our expectations or in some cases were just not very good. We also looked at the films we’re most excited about for the year ahead, particularly in anticipation of the fast approaching awards season.
Speaking of, we were also joined by Melbourne film reviewer James Zarucky to look at the Golden Globes to see what got snubbed, who’s nominated and gaze in to our crystal ball to make some predictions about who might win (spoiler alert: we didn’t get many right but we had fun anyway)!
