Join the Out Takes team as they broadcast live from ACMI to celebrate the 27th Melbourne Queer Film Festival.
This two hour Out Takes special featured a range of reviews and interviews with festival guests including Daniel Monks, the star and writer of this year’s centrepiece presentation PULSE, and Justin Kelly, the acclaimed director of I AM MICHAEL and KING COBRA starring James Franco and Garrett Clayton.
Other guests included Festival Director DIllan Golightly, Program Manager Spiro Economopoulos, Head of Film Programs at ACMI James Hewison and guests from OUT OF THE CLOSETS, INTO THE STREETS, a short documentary spotlighting the rise of the Gay Liberation movement in Victoria.
This live MQFF special was aired in conjunction with a package of pre-aired Out Takes exclusive interviews.
