The Pfeffermans are back! And they’re as dysfunctional but loveable as ever. So we celebrate the latest season of TRANSPARENT on Out Takes this week.

TRANSPARENT is the landmark series from writer/creator Jill Solloway. It explores the lives of the Pfefferman clan – including Maura, a trans woman, whose journey of self acceptance is charted by the show.

To celebrate the fourth season of TRANSPARENT, we speak with Jake Graf, a leading transgender actor, writer and director living in the United Kingdom. We speak with Graf about his remarkable portfolio of work, the importance of trans representation, and whether or not the film industry has changed to include more trans voices.
