Out Takes celebrates 100 episodes!

For this very special program, Out Takes marked our 100th episode by looking back on our past 100 episodes.

We’ve looked at some of Hollywood’s queerest releases and gone globe trotting around the world: we’ve spoken with film makers from Israel, Germany, Italy, Brazil, India, and Finland – to name a few. We’ve chased Newt Scamander in search of fabulous beasts and travelled to galaxies far, far away. We’ve been over the rainbow and star-crossed a few times. We’ve burned in Paris and celebrated winter at Westbeth. We’ve donned ruby slippers with Judy and ballet shoes with Billy and searched all through the wonderful world of Disney for Cinderella’s glass slipper. We’ve been to Mandalay and Gotham City and more than one enchanted forest. We’ve gone back to high school and looked at the representation of older LGBT people in film. In fact, representation is something that we’ve come back to time and time again – the importance of seeing ourselves, and our communities, on the screen.

Celebrate 100 episodes of Out Takes with us as we take a stroll down memory lane and revisit some of our favourite Out Takes moments.
