Call Me By Your Name: A New Queer Classic

Empire Magazine called CALL ME BY YOUR NAME ‘deeply affecting’. The New York Times called it a ‘cinematic ravishment’. We think that CALL ME BY YOUR NAME is a new queer classic; as beautifully melancholy as first love itself. In fact, it has our bet to take out the top award at the Oscars next year.

Out Takes celebrated the upcoming theatrical release of CALL ME BY YOUR NAME with a star studded line up for this very special program.

Our first guest was Andre Aciman (left), the acclaimed writer of CALL ME BY YOUR NAME, followed up with an exclusive in studio interview with Out Takes favourite, CALL ME BY YOUR NAME director Luca Gaudagnino (right). Both open up about their unique experience with bringing this beautiful story to life in print and to the big screen and the impact it is having on film lovers around the world.
