It’s been another interesting year in film and television so as we get set to farewell 2023, we took this opportunity to look back on some of the movies and shows we enjoyed over the past 12 months and what we’re excited to see in the new year. In what is becoming an annual tradition, we were once again joined by Cinema Nova’s Krisitan Connelly and Madman’s Paul Tonta to get their recommendations for the year that was and for what to look out for in 2024. We also heard their thoughts on the state of the local and international film industry and some suggestions for films to catch up on over the festive season as well. We also added in our own picks of a few queer films we cannot wait to check out in 2024 too.
