From Adversity to Adoption

Animals, Pets

Each and every day, our shelter vet team see animals with a myriad of health issues, injuries, conditions. Many arrive with unknown histories, while their injuries and conditions may have taken place days, if not month and even years before receiving any form of medical care.

Our team are with them on arrival, they see them through post-operative care, during the foster care for check-ups and finally when they see them happily adopted into their new families and pay our clinic our visit for their first health check-up.

Today on Pets-A-Loud, we are going to meet some of our shelter patients who are now in foster care or have already taken confident strides into their new lives with their adopted families!

Also on the program:

  • From puppy farms to rehabilitation, broken limbs to adoptions, we look back on some of the most recent special cases we’ve seen at the Home.
  • We launch the first episode of our new segment putting us back in touch with our adopted and adored cats and dogs aptly called… where Are They Now?
